Bu ayr\u0131m\u0131n temelinde, hareketsel problemlerin birbiriyle uyu\u015fmuyor olu\u015fu ve devam\u0131nda, bu grup hareketlerin kinematik, dinamik ve ileti\u015fimsel karakteristiklerindeki \u00f6nemli farkl\u0131l\u0131klar yatar.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn kapsam\u0131na zorunlu hareketleri almamdaki ama\u00e7, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde sportif programlar\u0131n \u00f6nemli elementleri olan ad\u0131m ve ad\u0131m dizilerinin temelini te\u015fkil etmeleri ve baz\u0131 \u00fclkelerin test sistemlerinde hala uygulan\u0131yor olmalar\u0131d\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca bir \u00e7ok antren\u00f6r, sporcular\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015fim s\u00fcrecinde bu hareketlere \u00f6nemle yer vermektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zorunlu fig\u00fcrlerdeki kay\u0131\u015f h\u0131z\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck fig\u00fcrlerde 1 &#8211; 2,5 m\/sn, Loop&#8217;lu fig\u00fcrlerde 1 m\/sn&#8217;dir. Serbest kay\u0131\u015f s\u0131ras\u0131nda ise kay\u0131\u015f h\u0131z\u0131 8 m\/sn ve daha fazlas\u0131na kadar artabilir. D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fl\u00fc hareketlerin parametreleri ise ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde farkl\u0131 farkl\u0131d\u0131r. Zorunlu fig\u00fcrlerin yar\u0131\u015fmalarda ge\u00e7erliliklerini koruduklar\u0131 y\u0131llarda patenciler de iki gruba ayr\u0131lmaktayd\u0131: zorunlu hareketlerde ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olanlar, serbest kay\u0131\u015fta ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olanlar. Bu ayr\u0131m\u0131n temelinde, hareketlerin benimsenme s\u00fcreciyle ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 olarak sporcunun sinir sisteminin \u00f6zellikleri yatmaktayd\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca kural olarak, e\u011fitim s\u00fcreci i\u00e7erisinde kim neyi daha \u00f6zenli, sab\u0131rl\u0131 ve dikkatlice yaparsa o y\u00f6nden daha iyi yeti\u015fmekteydi. Serbest kay\u0131\u015f b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc daha \u00e7ok seven patenciler tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131z daha hisli, daha heyecanl\u0131, daha artistik ve korkusuz olmaktayd\u0131. ISU&#8217;nun zorunlu hareketleri yar\u0131\u015fmalar kapsam\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131karmas\u0131ndaki en b\u00fcy\u00fck neden, iki bran\u015f i\u00e7in de gereken t\u00fcm \u00f6zelliklerin tek bir b\u00fcnyede topland\u0131\u011f\u0131 komplike patenciler yeti\u015fmesini sa\u011flamakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Zorunlu Fig\u00fcrler:<\/strong><\/em> Zorunlu fig\u00fcrlerin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesindeki \u00e7e\u015fitli usullerin analizi, bu usullerin pratik antrenmanlardaki etkinli\u011fi ve yar\u0131\u015fmalarda ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir \u015fekilde uygulanmas\u0131, hareketlerin geli\u015fimindeki ba\u015fl\u0131ca do\u011frultulardan biri olan yap\u0131l\u0131\u015f tarz\u0131ndaki stilin ve sab\u0131r arzusunun hesaba kat\u0131lmas\u0131 ile m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Bu yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n do\u011frulu\u011fu, zorunlu fig\u00fcrlerin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilme stillerinin do\u011fu\u015flar\u0131ndan g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar olan de\u011fi\u015fmezli\u011fiyle ispatl\u0131d\u0131r. Stillerin geli\u015fimi, serbest ve kayan aya\u011f\u0131n hareketlerinin amplit\u00fcdlerindeki k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclme, kay\u0131\u015f h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131n azalmas\u0131, iti\u015f h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131n ve hareketlerdeki sertli\u011fin hafiflemesi, yerdeki izin kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ve derinli\u011finin azalmas\u0131 gibi nedenlerle ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yeni ba\u015flayan ve eksiksiz bir tekni\u011fe sahip olmayan patencilerde s\u0131k s\u0131k omurga ve s\u0131rt kaslar\u0131nda gev\u015feme, kollar\u0131 ve serbest aya\u011f\u0131 kontrol edememe gibi hatalara rastlanabilir. Bu tip hatalar hareketlerin y\u00f6nlendirilmesinde ve yerdeki izin s\u00fcreklili\u011finde bozukluklar yarat\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca pratikte bunlar\u0131n aksine, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 gerginlik ve v\u00fccut b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinin b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131nda a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 serile\u015fmelere de rastlanabilir. Sonu\u00e7 olarak b\u00fct\u00fcn bu hatalar, buz ve paten aras\u0131ndaki s\u00fcrt\u00fcnmeden do\u011fan zorlu\u011fun b\u00fcy\u00fcmesine, buzun kaz\u0131nmas\u0131na, enerji israf\u0131na yani hareketlerin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi s\u0131ras\u0131nda s\u00fcrekli kar\u015f\u0131 etkenlere ve olumsuzluklara yol a\u00e7ar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Serbest Kay\u0131\u015f:<\/strong><\/em> Serbest kay\u0131\u015f hareketlerinin patenciye \u00f6\u011fretilmesindeki temel sorun, hareketlerin patencinin v\u00fccuduna benimsetilmesinden ziyade; ki bu prensip olarak o kadar da zor de\u011fildir; kay\u0131\u015f esnas\u0131nda hareketlere hakim olabilme sanat\u0131n\u0131n patenciye benimsetilmesindeki zorluktur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bilindi\u011fi gibi serbest kay\u0131\u015f esnas\u0131ndaki ad\u0131mlar\u0131n kalitesi, yap\u0131l\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan kenarlar\u0131n temizli\u011fiyle ve yetkinli\u011fiyle \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcr. Paten \u00e7eli\u011fi y\u00fczeyindeki kay\u0131\u015f esnas\u0131nda destek alan\u0131 olduk\u00e7a k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcr, a\u011f\u0131r\u0131l\u0131k bas\u0131nc\u0131 azal\u0131r ki bu da s\u00fcrt\u00fcnme kuvvetinin artmas\u0131na ve patenin buz \u00fczerindeki kay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n bozulmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7ar. Paten \u00e7eli\u011finin kenarlar\u0131 \u00fczerindeki kay\u0131\u015f tabi ki sadece kavisler esnas\u0131nda kullan\u0131l\u0131r. \u0130\u015fte bu nedenle ustal\u0131\u011f\u0131n anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131, tek ayak \u00fczerinde kay\u0131\u015f s\u0131ras\u0131nda kayan aya\u011f\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 otur-kalk hareketlerinin de yard\u0131m\u0131yla h\u0131z\u0131n artmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan kavis derinli\u011fiyle m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<br \/>\nSpinlerin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi s\u0131ras\u0131nda patenci, kaslar\u0131n\u0131 kasarak ve gev\u015feterek, v\u00fccudunun \u00e7e\u015fitli b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerini spin merkezine yakla\u015ft\u0131rmak ve spin merkezinden uzakla\u015ft\u0131rmak suretiyle kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f hareketine hakim olmal\u0131d\u0131r Jumplarda ise iti\u015f hareketleri \u00f6yle bir yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r ki kay\u0131\u015f enerjisi uzun eksen \u00e7evresine yay\u0131larak d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f enerjisine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fs\u00fcn ve v\u00fccudu hem ileri hem de yukar\u0131 do\u011fru bir hareket i\u00e7erisine soksun.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c7iftler buz pateninin ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen hareketleri i\u00e7in de yukar\u0131da s\u0131ralanan t\u00fcm prensipler ge\u00e7erlili\u011fini korumaktad\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece \u00e7e\u015fitli atalet kuvvetleri her zaman h\u0131zlanman\u0131n ters y\u00f6n\u00fcne do\u011fru y\u00f6nelik olacaklard\u0131r, o zaman Koriolis atalet kuvvetleri de d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f y\u00f6n\u00fcne do\u011fru y\u00f6neleceklerdir. D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f tekni\u011finin \u00f6\u011fretilmesindeki en \u00f6nemli sorun, kay\u0131\u015f cephesinin de\u011fi\u015fimine yol a\u00e7an nedenlerin analizidir. Bilindi\u011fi gibi v\u00fccudun herhangi bir uzvunun bir y\u00f6ne do\u011fru d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc, v\u00fccudun di\u011fer b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinin ters y\u00f6ne do\u011fru d\u00f6nmesine yol a\u00e7ar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zorunlu hareketlerdeki d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015flerde v\u00fccudun omuz, kol, kafa gibi \u00fcst b\u00f6l\u00fcmleri ters hareket olarak adland\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir hareket ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirirler. Bu, esas\u0131nda yukar\u0131da sayd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z uzuvlar\u0131n kal\u00e7aya oranla yapt\u0131klar\u0131 d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f hareketidir. Bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f hareketi sonucunda v\u00fccudun alt k\u0131sm\u0131ysa tam tersi y\u00f6ne do\u011fru d\u00f6nmeye mecbur kal\u0131r. Bilindi\u011fi gibi ileriye do\u011fru hareket s\u0131ras\u0131nda v\u00fccudun b\u00fct\u00fcn noktalar\u0131, belirli zamanlarda ayn\u0131 vekt\u00f6rlere, h\u0131zlara ve ivmelere sahiptirler. \u00d6yleyse eksenin d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f hareketi yerine t\u00fcm v\u00fccut noktalar\u0131n\u0131n hareketleri izlenebilir. Bu sayede havadaki s\u00fcre boyunca d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f ekseninin ge\u00e7ti\u011fi, v\u00fccudun a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k merkezi noktas\u0131n\u0131 bulmak kolayla\u015f\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ayr\u0131ca \u015funu belirtmekte fayda vard\u0131r ki, bu bile\u015fik hareketin basamaklar\u0131 olan progresif (ileriye do\u011fru) hareket ve d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f hareketi ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 birer ara\u015ft\u0131rma konusudurlar.
